Hi,
The newest output from Odelzhausen features one of the most promising newcomers: Shift  . Shift is Chris Hoy from Capetown/ South Africa. with a couple of releases on labels like Alchemy, Timecode, Ambivalent Records, Procyon, Micro Dot and more, he is one of the hyperactive producers from his country. His style is dark, twisted groovy and very psychedelic. White Widow is a pure energy cocktail with a massive bassline which will lift you up in higher dimensions. After the break Chris shows his uncompromising definition of night trance. This record will not let you rest. On the flipside you will find a remix, even more darker then the original. A real Bomb

well thanx guys 
the rmx is actually more of a rework, i used some of the same sounds and patches, but tweeked them more and wrote a new track all together, but on a more sinister trip and its much darker and faster,, hence it is called the "black widdow" - they were written as a pair when i was in switezerland and i think its fitting they get released together - these are two of my favs at the moment, so enjoy the trip |

I'm up for anything that Shift puts out, but Whoa!  some seriously crazy stuff here. White Widow is a great track and the flipside Black Widow, I'm speechless, a masterpiece  More like this please!

Yeah, it's because of Shift's dark & fast styles that he's one of my all time favourite artists
Hopefully we can expect a Shift album release from Timecode Records in the near future !!

..bom tsjak!!... this guy is LIGHTYEARS ahead of the rest of the trance scene, incredible sophisticated sound that just KEEPS improving at every track he bombs the ppl with .. !!
The White Widow (nice strain, btw  ) track reminds me of hux flux on a future trip .. though the sounds are fitting perfectly, combining ridgid static synths with funky stabs and GROOVY percussion ... psychedelic to the top .. KEEP IT UP BRO!
