I usually take one last satisfying swig of my tasty beverage and give it away. Sometimes I use the "I'm sick" line. More often than not I share in good faith. Just depends on my level of paranoia

Some twat at Glastonbury last year was going about offering people his bottle of water laced with GHB just for the fun of watching them pass out.

GHB in low doses without alcohol won't kill you, you might actually enjoy it, hehe. It's when it's mixed with alcohol that trouble starts. People have literally died from ingesting it after being already drunk.

I remember watching this documentary about these 3 guys... one was an old chap... another was a con-man and the third had escaped from a mental hospital! Anyway, they spiked this big black guy's milk... and put him on a plane!

Not sure what happened after that but it was really scary! I think it was on the Discovery Channel.

I still remember the day, that I was in a party and asked my friend if i could have some of his water he turned his back to talk to someone, and as a joke I had a huge swing of it leaving him with only a 1/4 left. When he turned back he was shocked, I was laughing at him, till he said "their were 3 drops of acid in that bottle"           "Great things are only possible with outrageous requests." Thea Alexander

Sorry Kako - that is really poor advice.

Yes I understand.. But I didn't have the time enough to explain myself correctly yesterday sorry..

I meant that yes, if it's a person I didn't see at all during the party and comes to suggest me a drink i'd surely be a bit distrustful.. but when you're enjoying your time during a party, dancing and having fun with your neighbours, you're dancing a lot and gets thirsty and the guy you were having fun with besides you understands your need, and suggests his drink to you.. Well I'll accept with gratitude, and it can be the start of a chat, share feelings about the music, and so on..

What to add.. I don't know.. I've even practised "virtual" fencing with a guy once and we had some enormous laughs together, things like that..

That's why such paranoiac behaviours I could read in this thread looked a bit over the top to me.. But maybe I've been partying in the good places so far..

when you smoke a joint do you feel icky sharing it as well?
my advise: seek psychological help
you can just wipe the water bottle after they drink from it or something

Sharing a joint is a social and cultural practice that I can not smear. Respect for people who share !

Heh im one of those thirsty shlook seekers...
What can i say, im a thirsty and broke guy.
When i do buy a drink i share and often even offer it to smiling people...
Share your drinks!
If it grosses you out, then offer them to have a sip from the air - you know, without actually putting the lips on the bottle's neck. Or just smile and say "no, try asking that guy".           Dressed to kill you look so right... I am drunk with lust tonite.
