Hahalen guys,

like you said, the festival would be on the 25-27 of May in the Banana beach at Achziv.
Sadly, there would be no trance this year, because last year trance stage made a lot of arsim to come to the festival.
this year the festival would be much more "shanti", meaning athnic music, and very small pestival, there would be only 5,000 tickets, not more then that.
a ticket cost 179 shekel.

if u want to know anything else, just ask.

Wrong!

Last year the Shantipi Festival did very badly due to the fact that many people did not show up (Only around 50% came to the Festival and only 30% of the expected amount of people came to the trance stage). It got nothing to do with too many "Arsims" (please loose that judgemental typical atttitude).

I'll bet that the reason why there's no trance this year is because it went down the drain last year. And as you said there's only 5000 tickets this year. Which make perfect sense since the bad echonomy in Israel prevent a lot of people to pay the entrence (eventhough it's actually very cheap for a festival).

So without claming that I know everything I think your wrong.

The Shantipi last year failed because it was badly organized by greedy people who no longer do anything they believe in or have any connection with their crowd or any feel for it. They have feel only for money it felt to me. Shame they lost so much of it...

when you say ethnic music, would that include any ambient/chillout trance? or is that too much detail?
