I`m kind of clueless ..how things will work out !!
but hoping fr the best !! further delays in date !! huge dent to everything !! wont b able to make
keeping my fingers crossed!! if nothing sums up by 15th - 16th..we`ll hv to cancel everything

I respect that bro. will wait patiently for this one and hope for the best.  i do understand what the SJ crew must be going through.

@all
i am sure everyone on this thread has been looking fwd to this gathering.. but at times like this such steps have to be taken, and i personally understand wht the orgs have done, and i know for a fact that it wouldnt have been easy for them to take this decession.
everyone who has planned for this festival and booked tickets and blocked ther leaves...why dont u all still make it to nepal and enjoy the nature and the vibes the country has to offer...
this is what me and my friends plan to do...make it to nepal anyways and have a gathering wit friends and family.... tribute to Rodney

We understand the decession taken by the Orgs is wise, and need of the hour, But Orgs also need to keep in mind that the delay should not be too much as every one has plans..........
If the post ponding is beyond a week or a week and a half then i belive the major chunk of psyheads will turn back and also the artists, which will result in finishing the charm of the festival and if SJ's charm is gone, then all the goodwill and trust that was earned by the efforts of entire SJ crew including our beloved Rodney baba over 3 years will go for a toss...... (Rodney will never want this).

its time to hold hands with the the crew...they must b so under pressure.
Procs (Manic Dragon, Sweden) and Synops Effect have already called it off.
now i hope these artist r replaced by sum1 equal or better then them.
hope its us who make the crew feel strong. i have seen this fest grow n ne inconvinience to the crew is like my own.
even if i try very hard it'd b difficult for me to xperience the pressure tht the crewis goin thru now.hope they come out with sumthin concrete soon.bom to da crew n yr work is much appreciated.

hmm .. tragic and unfortunate as it is , a festival of apparently large scale like this , postponed till further notice means its canned i guess , strange , was this just a 1 man show ? what about the nepali crew ? one would think they were the major organizing force , it being in their country etc .. no word from them either .. what about the people who got presales ? whats going on here ?

What’s taking so long for shanti jatra crew to break the ice...?
I do understand what the SJ crew must be going through but it will be really respectful if they can be open about their issues.
After all everyone who has planned for this festival and booked tickets and got presales are looking for a straight answer from the key players as soon as possible, so that they can act according to the circumstances.
I completely show my respect towards the fact that Rodney who is the key organiser has passed away but making any changes to the Party which is already planned would create lot of trouble to all of us.
However, I guess the circumstances will be just the same for all of us and I am sure everyone will support you as you guys speak the language of PLUR.
Hope you guys break the ice ASAP
