for all of you calling my query a rumour, i am not keen on naming any people.
it's something i heard and thought i should confirm before i book my tickets to nepal
all set for it now ...

I am wish the organizer of the party goodluck and best wishes.. this will be much true psychedelic times in Nepal , Both Shanti Jatra and Darksun will be new revolution in the scene.
I am hope this will become most memorable event for maany years to come

Some things you need to know :
Travel:
Buses will leave from Tantra Bar, Thamel in Kathmandu from 12 pm on 26th October. The last bus organized by us will leave at 4:30 p.m from Tantra Bar. If you want to take advantage of the free shuttle service, it is advisable to take a flight that reaches Kathmandu on or before 26th morning. Buses will return to Kathmandu on 28th October. Local buses to Kathmandu are available from the venue.

P.S :For those travelling by flight, try and book them at the earliest, as it is Dashera during that time and seats are hard to get.
Ticket price:
At the door Nepali Rupees 2500, INR 1500, Euro 26.00 for the 3-day festival, which includes a bus ride from Kathmandu to the Festival Venue and back.
Pre purchase ticket NPR 2000, INR 1250, EUR 23.00 to be purchased by 10 October.

For pre-sale tickets outside Nepal contact rodney@shantijatra.com
Due to inventory and logistic expense we had to increase the ticket price by a very marginal amount. However tickets are available for presale at NPR 2000 or INR 1250.
Camping:
There is area of flat-land available for free camping. It is advisable that you bring your own tents. Only a limited number of tents will be available for hire at the venue.
Venue open for camping from the morning of 26th October.

Currency:
At the Festival only Nepali rupees will be accepted.
Nepali Rupees, Indian Rupees and Euros are accepted at the gate for entrance fees only.
Food and Drinks:
There will be a cash only counter for food and drinks.

any ways.. tomorrow at nagarjun forest.. till monday morning

local food and drink.. we advice u not to bring the super market food.. the friendly locals are really happy to serve their hygenic home food and drinks...
bring your own tent
water fall for the bath.. please dont use any shops and chemicals while taking the bath on the water fall because of the fishes on the pond.. if u wish to do that please go to the near by river..
free entry, free shrooms... lets just enjoy and creat our own reality.
