can anyone help me find out the legality of certain "shamanic" plants in israel.
specifically im looking for phalaris arundinecae.
i checked the goverment main page (www.israel.gov.il) and the "rashut la'milchama ba samim" but found nothing.
anyone please |

phalaris arundinecae contains dmt, and dmt is not legal. but i don't think someone will arrest u with phalaris. |

wel i did some research and have my own awnsers to share.
phalaris is a family of tall grasses. the plants in the family are legal but extracting tryptamines from the plants is illegal.
thats my two cents.
if anyoen knows where i can find a complete list of ilegal plants/substances id be much obliged |

The complete list you can find in any law library in the drug act (pkudat hasamim, tosefet rishona)- read it well.
And this is off topic- go somewhere else with these discussions- here it's about music. |
