do u shake your foot while listening to banging music at your desk and then when you suddenly realize you have been doing it for over an hour and suddenly stop...do u feel a strange feeling your head? or is it just me

I generally put on a grass skirt and run around gibbering like a monkey. I get a lot of claps from the office block opposite my apartment. My son thinks it's wonderful.
But I only do this to good music. Rarely anything but MWNN.
