Are there any psy or goa trance producers in SF that can teach me the basics and that would be willing to work with me to produce tracks ?

I can teach you by msn, with cam, microphone, and ultravnc (to use your mouse and keyboard by my cpu).
I live on Brazil, Sao Paulo.
I can teach by a combined small price... but i will really teach you the secrets. |

your gotta be kidding man... are u serious lol... u gonna take advantage of the newbie...thats sad...hey psyforest don't give up keep practicing jump on forums ask and keep asking what u can't figure out and practice more... read and read especially the manuals... but most importatntly have fun let it flow from the heart... thats where its at...everything will fall in place peace brother |

Psy Forest, I live in Berkeley. Even though I am not home very often, I would be able to lend any assistance I could. There's a plethora of producers in SF, just go to an event and check out who's playing. I'm sure that given enough time you will be able to meet everyone and learn some stuff.

the best method to learn, is you must to working every day many hours!!!
first you must learn the programs and the basics, so the best choice is to search the isratrance forum and see many usefull thinks!
you must have your mind open bro!
the isratrance forum give u all your answers (maybe 75 from your questions) like witch sequencer is the best, vst for bassline e.t.c!!!

Psy Forest, if you have patience and like to read, you will find a lot of good tips on this forum and on Net. Use the Google search, nowadays the best tool for any producer. You should start loading some MIDI trance song on your sequencer (FLStudio 6 is great) and have fun... Learn to how the bass works on this MIDI song, how the lead start and finish etc. Try to see the trees through the forrest... but first, FIND A MIDI SONG and load on sequencer. After that, you will learn how to use the effects...

I'm so dissapointed to post reply, because i know that more than 70% of the forum users around the world, are very strange people.
What the f*** problem in do extensive research and discover tips and secrets that makes everything more simple?
For example...
1 - Erez (I.M.), use an strange way to put drum samples direct on tracks (ARGH)
2 - Udi aka Goblin (Psysex) uses Macintosh with logic 7 than pc with sx3 (argh auch auch! blah ) : :X
3 - many people try to do some kind or other of bass, just for challenge, but the essential question is to develop a panomaric vision of how to use the tools to make a good sound...
4 - audio engineering tips, really it's only by study and experience... so i can really share some secrets, in a world of easy pc/vst production ambient, of a y2k period of the world when every1 is a studio person in your home...
