there is a lot talk about different DAW elements, how to choose them and people own opinions of course. And I appreciate these threads a lot!

Where i'm coming next is your imaginary DAW.

I'm planning to build efficient DAW to stand by my producing purposes and I would be pleased to hear your opinions about your "dream" DAW. What are the needed parts and how you would choose specified component of it

FREETALK:
Just listing someting here, what i feel important, add something it needed. just give a one element or more you think are vital Let's think budget would be 10-15k euros or dollars, hehe.

Computer?
-what components
-how to choose?
-your choice and why

Soundcard?
-how to choose?
-your choice and why

DSP card?
-how to choose?
-your choice and why

Near field Monitors
-how to choose?
-your choice and why

Softwares
-what software? what for? sequence? mastering
-how to choose?
-your choice and why

Plugins
-what software? what for? how to choose?
-your choice and why

etc.

Im not sure i fully understand your proposition, you are planning to program a DAW and you want to know what kind of features the community would like to be included in it?

^ He's basically asking how to set up his studio. I think.

naga, I'm not saying anything about this specific thread, but in reading all of your posts lately, I think you really need to just use the search and google a bit before posting any thought that comes to mind. There are plenty of threads related to this and several sites dedicated to clearing up all of the questions here. Sorry..           You believe in the users?
Yeah, sure. If I don't have a user, then who wrote me?

I see, a good way would be to read all the "The Mother Of" threads and if u still have questions please do use the search (its a magic search function) and you will probably find every single piece of information you are looking for. If not its time to start a new thread.

Or did we misunderstand your point? If not we can delete this

not giving any answers, just telling what gear you wanna find from your own studio and why? what is the choose method

Sorry gut if i let you down with this thread I'm gonna suffer then.. hehe

Well unfortunatly this has been covered more than once so i will lock this thread and ask everyone to continue this discussion in a already existing topic which covers this topic.

Thanks for understanding
