Excellente!
I managed to get hold of an Electronic pirates live (i think) cd from a label called Glamourous Japan which has all the 2005 pirates tracks on it mixed.
Three of the tracks on the cd are with Dimitri Nakov.
Some of the tracks remind me of old Total Eclipse stuff. Serge manages to keep things housey with a subtle hint of psy-trance throught. He's da man! (imo, of course)

Anyone seen Serge DJ lately?
I remember seeing him in 2002 and he was the shit. Wondering if he's still good at psytrance? Wouldn't mind seeing him do an electro set either..! |

I understand he's rocking his Electronic Pirates label and wondered if he'd made any trance recently ?
I saw an Eduardo Neurobiotic top ten that had an Antidote track on it called "Saturne"
Somebody please tell me he's going to release some new trance  |

He released the Good, The Bad & The Ugly album on Twisted with dado and Dimitri not long ago....
Except for that, he is mostly working with electro and releasing vinyl 12 inches on his own label Pirates Federation as Electronic Pirates... Check:

The thing with Serge is that he focuses on the meat of things. There is no need for breaks and super glitched out/editing to fuck to make things interesting. His main groove is so relentless and driving, there is no need for much else, just the cheeries on top, which are his stabs and acidic 303 lines.
I really love this style and he stuck to his old good self...Have A Drink had one of the most massive bass/303 lines in the history of dance music. Driving music that is filled with deep emotions, no circus stuff on top of meaningless noise.
The funky stabs on Crypted are lush, the 303 line on Syncopath is off the hook!
Good to have him back
