A "concerned" senior citizen or park worker on the beach notified the police when he saw the crew moving gear; "his" turf was in danger of being used by the uncouth.
All ended well. The bust happened early enough that the news got to people before they traveled out to far Brooklyn, and a huge crowd made it to the loft to dance with a vengence. The party didn't end until the sun went back down. |

Being on the email list wouldn't help them, as we have never sent out direx to the spot over the list... just to the map point. |

The fact that the above post exists makes me smile.
Thanks everybody who came and danced, to Ron and the others for once again allowing the loft to be turned into a great little venue, to Jeff for the nootropics (which I 'kept for later' and remembered them after security at Logan; flushed them on the plane as 1. I thought they were more psychoactive than I just discovered they were, and I had to drive when I landed so I didn't want to eat them there and then, and 2. I didn't want to take unidentified caps through customs at Heathrow) and most of all to Lauryn, Theo and Scott for organising the whole thing and getting me out there. It was a wicked party and I had a great time. So good to see some familiar faces from Organic Sunrise, too!
