How can i separate the audio from a video file? I use cubase SX3, but i cant import the video file because its an .asf file. Any ideas?

Google for asf convertors, VirtualDub should be a good starting point too.

yeah i'd go with virtualdub. however, asf is microsoft format and it might be protected. Newer versions of virtualdub do not open protected wmv (i'm not sure about asf) |

first find some good convertor then import it on cubase...this is a peace of cake |
