send effect selection in cubase SX2

is it just me???
since i changed to SX2... i cant find the little panel for opening 'send effects'!!
ive been getting on without it by opening the same insert on each channel i want and pasting the settings.... but if i want to use say... one delay on many channels....it gets a bit heavy on the processor to open a shit load of spin delays

open a fx channel (its placed where u would open an audio channel), put some plugins in it and choose it on the right hand in the audio channel of ur audiotrack or audio-instrument...
just gimme more of the same. its just a test! |

or midi channel... and when u open the mixer (F3) instead of inserts u chose "sends" and select the effect and put it on how many chanells u like..
