I`d like to make a local open air......So, If anybody has any experience of it......tell me about maybe some difficulties and the ways of solving them...Be thankful to everybody who`ll help me....

General advices:
1. don't promote false line ups - we hate that.
2. don't get greedy - we know when we're being ripped off.
3. AL TIKFOTZ ME'AL HAPUPIK 
And most of all - have fun while you're organizing it - or it won't be worth nothing

i want to avoid appeared misunderstanding.......this party is for local auditorium and money is gathered to cover costs and that`s all...And the advice i want to know is about hardware and how to make a good party if to judge from technical side......

First of all good generator 8 kvt at least if there are more then 500ppl and 4-5kvt if less
spare gnrtr would be help if there are some troubles with the main one(and there are allways some troubles belive me)
second the sound system, you must not make full volium cus non professional dj's allways burn some speakers, so better bigger and lower than small and burn fast
one of the most emportand is the place, it must be:
a)legal
b)if it's ellegal so make sure that music coudn't been heared by ppl that live around,
what may cause envolving of the police to your event
there are more but i can't remember now

roman & abdurahman, yalla connect via IM system, you have much in common and i can suggest some more about organizing parties in russia;)
we are too different to go our normal ways..and too much dificulties there..it's more then usual discussion imo

Thank you for advice..but is it very important to have spare everything?...Is it really, that equipment fails so often?...and why it happens? Maybe from nonprofessionalism?
If we have the main equipment only? Is there sense to conduct a party?....

It's not that the equipment fails so often... it's just that you have to be prepared for everything. If your mixer brakes, and you don't have a spare one, then your party is finnished. It's murphy's law: what can go wrong, will go wrong... so be prepared for the worst, and always have a back-up

I realize that....but we haven`t any spare euipment...and it`s so difficult to get it free, through friends....at the same time It`s rather expensive to rent it....so...It`s likely remained to pray that Merphy low won`t run....So, maybe are there any methods to reduce the risk of breaking the equipment??

u must have a spare generator u just must .
donno how it is now in russia i was there LONG time ago but here thats wht the police takes first when they raid the party.
u all forgoten one thing
u shouldnt have let a friends of urs play if they dont kwno hwo to do that u must hear them play and their music ,unless tey are known dj's and than u can just grab a cd and they always have a promo or two or a seventy
