Secret Vibes is a french band composed of Jean-Jacques Lasserre aka dj L.D.B(Lutin Des Bois) [programming], Phillippe Bouncer aka Boops [programming], Mylène Coubronne [flutes & ocarina], Franck Ecalar [Didgeridoos], Julian ‘H’ [Programming,fx & mix].
The musical style of the band is quite close to the Highlight Tribe’s one, i mean natural trance (based on acoustic instruments), the major differences reside in a focus on melodies & a chilly feeling coppled with more electronic sounding. So in few words only expect happy & positive sounds from Secret Vibes with their second album Sylva.
Another particularity of the band comparing to others natural trance band is the variety of the production which is eitheir contemplative,chilling (Licorne & Don’t Sleep dub version) whenever it’s an exotic sonic feasty trip (sounding marrocan with Fez or some hispanism taste in Kirsten Sky for example).
