Secret Trick aka Shankar aka Nikita Klimenko is from Russia, signed on Alkaloid Productions (Australia). Began its cerative way since 97, first simply collecting electronic music and experimenting with the sound, then, at the end of 2001, GO they based project Shankar. Design concept consists in writing of beautiful, melodious, nonstandard and qualitative music with the presence of Indian and other ethnic arrangements. At the end 2002 GO began djing. In the different places and with the different peopel up to the end of 2003. In 2004 it was no forced to interrupt club life because of the problems with the health, and here on the offensive 2005, GO again it returns to the club scene with new setamni, mikasmi, tracks and ideas.

Secret Trick is a young band consists of Nick Klimenko aka Shankar and Herman Grach aka Gravizapa from Russia.... trax of Secret Trick are gonna b released at Usta,Alkaloid and Sundance... (the track's releasing at Sundance is the colaboration with Jess Poulton aka Etonloupe from Australia)....

The Idea of this 3 musicians collaboration project's out from the standart frames of russian "dark" sound using more melodical,classical,ethnical,live and twisted tranced elements.
Jess (Etonloupe project),composer,making classical moments for this project.
Nick Shankar (me)),arranger and percussionist
making tranced & ethnic atmosphere.
German Gravizapa is making tranced atmosphere too,but first of all,he's better sound engineer than we with Jess,so he's making all the
mastering work.
We're verry happy that in our "dark night music" times there still talanted people those we honesty call "musicians" like Talpa,
I.M.,Misted Mupped,Hallucinogen e t.c. many-many others.

Your track @ Vibraspirit 23.11 sounds very very interesting :) Thanks for showing 'the other side' of russian trance... I thought that hope was nearly lost :)

Soon you'll hear more Secret Trick ideas.
There will be more classical elements,powerfull melodies and twisted grooves.Working on it now.
