Hi everyone. Hope you all had a great weekend. First off, I want to apologize for those of you who made it out to Above the Sky 2 Round 2 to hear me play. Unfortunately, due to absent DJs and the "need for flow," my original set time for 2:30am was pushed to 7am. Then, when the time came, another DJ insisted on playing. So, instead arguing or waiting another hour and a half on top of the four and half hours I waited already, it was time to excuse myself and make it home to my kids. So for those of you who made the crazy drive and patiently waited for me to play, I'm am really sorry. I will however make it up to you all tonight. In fact, all the requests that I had from Saturday night for Depeche Mode and Portishead tracks will be honored tonight so I hope you can all make it. Also, we are celebrating two birthdays of two very good friends. First off, featured guest of Above and Beyond 2 Round 2, Officer Bunch will be playing a special birthday set in the main room at 11pm. Also, Solid Grooves star employee, Reza aka Audio MacGuyver, will be kicking off the birthday festives in the "backroom" with the kids from EarWacks! And just a reminder, the dRow have a free beach party coming up this Saturday. I'll forward the information later this week. Enjoy your day! -michael
