i have a vague idea of what youre talking about. care to be more spacific?
if youre talking about what i think youre talking about, i have had similar sounds with DiscoDSP and Albino. Mostly these sounds were accidents.

As fas as i know Absolum adn cpu use virus, and logic audio, perhaps there u can find those sounds. |

Nord lead and virus and u it doesnt matter if u do that on logic is just a sequencer, what really matters is the synthesis ,filthers i would say mostly and a lot of pitch hehe

try this
adsr on pitch of a sawtooth oscillator, through a highpass filter. modulate. any synthesizer will do.
