Searching old tune with a HARP in it, maybe UK....

I'm looking for the name/artist of an old track, around 1997 someone said. at 4:00 mins it got a break, and a harp (a real one, no sample) starts playing incredible beautiful melody.
there's also a female's voice in singing/saying "i want a man" as far as i understand. also figured out that a 604 could have been used. track sounds like early proggi, bit like Alpha, Element, Feuerhake, Klangstrahler - checked that all out, nothing. Maybe from the people around Sphongle, s.o. suggested???
That are all hints i know/have. The harp is so unique in a way and d***n beautiful - i guess once heard, never forgotten!
The one who can solve this riddle will make me happiest cat on earth!!!  |

yep, i checked shpongle, "are you..." but nothing.... 
but strange that you say shpongle, my friend too said it sounds like him or someone around shpongle... |
