im looking for psychedelic chill out music,
anything goes im open minded, just want it to b
a bit edgy n interesting, not like too many nice n smooth atmosphere lack of punch.
i realy like capsula's "synthesis of reality" and the VA "the next destination" (some of the artists there r darkpsy artists).

well you've come to the right place ....
A favourite at the moment is ESE - The other door, it's very laid back and trippy, great when you turn the lights down low...
If you like Capsula you might like Argaman's 'My little forest', or Yggdrasil 'Prose Edda'...
try those for starters.

Lately I've been listening to a lot of Easily Embarrassed. Man, they're good. Their synth work kind of has an old-school quality to it, and their compositions are big, emotional, and dramatic without being corny.
I second whoever's mentioned the new Capsula, which is great. I like it even better than his previous album.
I'm also recently listening to a bunch of stuff by Waterjuice. Hadn't heard them in forever. |

I don't know how I left out Zymosis. They're great.
Also, it's discussed in another thread, but I think that Yggdrasil's "Prose Edda" is one of the best psychill releases of this year.
It's almost a given at this point, but if you haven't listened to Distant System's "Spiral Empire," you really need to. |
