I am searching a Freeware Tool for Timestretching.
Any Info ?

fruity loops and cubase have timestretch integrated... logic propably has also

fruity loops has also granulizer similar to timestretch you can twiddle with it realtime
and create those 90s gabber vocal effects \o/

pretty much depends what for you need timestretch

check out a program called audacity you cant plug it in but you can stretch most audio formats and export as hi-res wavs
