one Baby That you guys forgot

Is the Mighty Ms20 from Korg
no midi but can be midified

That Baby has one of the most suited filter for trance and can make impressive bassline as well as crazy squeaky sound

It's like having a mini modular

If you look at simon's studio The only synths there are from the KORG MS series

Biotonic used it a lot too on the first Album for Solstice
as well as too many people too mention here like Stuart price !!!

we do have one here in the studio
and it beats the shit out of many other toys
like the clavias or access and even the Moogs and SE-1...

Gotta love that Nasty Filter growl !!!

I do!
The MS-20 was the concidered to be the poor man's mini.
The MS-20's low pass VCF is one of the few that don't attenuate the bottom end much when lots of resonance is applied (compared to most VCFs). The high pass also sounds fantastic. The Frostwave Resonator is a nice MS-20 VCF clone. Doepfer has also made a clone filter module, the A-106. I would like to order one, but I've run out of space on my racks and there's nothing I want to take out at the moment.
The MS-10, MS-20 and MS-50 are my favourite KORG synths.
