best scratch plugin that I found yet is Turntablist, and its also freeware...what more do you want? 
and its also great for other purposes than just plain scratching

there is the DFX bundle where u can find the buffer overdrive . in this bundle there is a plug called scratcher , like scartcing vinils , right ?!
