Here we go...

Artist: Scorb
Titel: a- Lurk
b- Space Odysee
Label: Shiva Space Technology

Well i don´t write reviews very often but i have to do one for this great 12".....
I liked Andis album very much and was very curious about the announcement of this 12". Same time i got it it touched my recordplayer and starts off with Lurk.... a typical Scorb track dark and intensive.
It start kicking after a short intro with funny noisy effects and a dark bassline. The track is building up on more effects and after 2 minutes your brain become hypnotized . After a break near the middle a distorted dark sawhook shortly takes place - short exitement - and the track continues in his hypnotic acidic style..... after another break a melody comes in and leaves the dancers in trance..... all in one a good track for the very early morning hours.. (imo)...

But this was not the brainbuster i expected and i turned the record round....

Space Odysee is defenatley THE track of the maxi, may be of Andi.... It starts off very smooth with a very spherical intro. The Kick and the bassline comes in, some effects, and the track developes in to a real groovemonster. After a short while the effects are turning into melodies and the kicking sawbasslines do the rest.... A really nice kicking track you think.... but than comes the break... and the track continues with a unbelievable synth hook, which is so perfect - wow.... 1. its a perfect addiction of John Michel Jarre !!! 2. Its totally for the girls but not cheesy 3. you can play it in the night or in the morning time - depends on your set... this great hook goes on for may be 2 minutes and the track turns into the night back again.... distorted basshooks and funny effects combined with this melodies and a groove which will explode the floors... i´m sure about it... (I already checked...) At the end the pure JJM hook shows shortly off again and the track stops smooth as it started .....
All in one this track has good chances to reach my eternity charts.....
10 Points           you can´t have a revolution with the volume turned down !!!
