For some bizarre reason (maybe the drugs were wearing off...) a lot of early 90s chill is quite cold/unsettling sounding - look out for the "Chill out or Die" comps on Rising High or WARP stuff etc its not exactly chill out Slayer - but its not smooth uplifting stuff either... |
