Four years after his 'Borderline' release, Spiral Trax proudly presents...

...the long awaited new album of progressive maestro SBK aka Sebastian Krueger on Compactstick!

Being a DJ for 16 years now, Sebastian Krueger has started playing out in the early age of 16, with EBM, Grunge and Punk music. After discovering techno music and falling in love with the progressive house vibe, soon he became resident DJ in one of the most famous trance clubs in Germany, the 'Grube', and started to produce his own music under the monikers 'Digital Sun' and 'Tarsis' for Polytox and Spirit Zone Records.

'Tarsis' was the very first project that combined prog-house influences with the common trance of the nineties and set a cuepoint for a completly new style on the european trancescene... After 2 two very successful albums, many gigs all over Europe, and honors such as writing the soundtrack for Germany's most famous crime TV-series 'Tatort', Sebastian seperated from his ex-production partner and started his soloproject 'SBK'. From that point he got his full international breakthrough with DJ and live gigs all over the globe. The first SBK album 'Treibstoff' was one of the best selling trance albums of the year, and its smash hit 'Morgenlatte' rocked every dancefloor of the world and is still one of the most covered trance tracks ever.

In 2002 he started the 'twisted prog-house' project Krueger & Coyle together with his friend Greg Coyle (UK). After a couple of singles they finally released the 'Randy Expander' album on ACDC which resulted in numerous gigs all over the globe. Their album hit 'The Witness' was supported by a row of famous DJs and selected one of the strongest prog-house tracks of the year by UK's famous imprint Mixmag. It is still availbale as a ringtone at Jamba UK...

For the past 4 years, Sebastian has been playing almost every weekend in cities such as Tokyo, Melbourne, Sydney, Taipeh, Montreal, Toronto, New York, Sao Paulo, Mexico City, Cancun, London, Paris, Lisbon, Porto, Brussels, Tel Aviv, Istanbul, Cologne to name a few...

The new album will not disappoint his old fans while Sebastian has also incorporated fresh influences from techno to the SBK sound.           ------------~~---------~~--------------

Great great album!!Being enough disspointment from Spiral Trax lately, this album brings quality from the old glorious days of the label!Sebastian combined his own traditional sound with deep modern techno and the result is amazing! Some tracks remind me a lot Treibstoff album's darkness under new formulas of course! And the Compact Stick version contains a lot of goodies!

Great poet as a DJ, and one of my favourite producers back in the day. Happy to see him back to the fore of the scene, with a Spiraltrax album. Thumbs up! and curious to listen to SBK's new production...

WOW! I am very impressed, I ordered it right away. It seems like SBK`s trademark sound just waited to be techno-ized. Very unique and very german sounding, sweet!           Check out my album: http://www.ektoplazm.com/free-music/gay-satanic-hippie-tiefenrausch
