How do guys think these leads are made? 303?

Examples:

lead starting at 2:31

lead starting at 3:05

lead starting at 05:52 and also at 06:01

I think you understand which one im talking about now.

the last one definitely is a 303 or more likely a 303 emulator. the first one isn't and i'm not so sure about the second one.

my guess is that the first one is a saw with some pwm and an overdriven filter. of course with some of effects modulation, at 3:48 it sounds more like a sqare wave.
the second to me sounds like it has a vaguely-303-sounding filter with resonance turned up. it reminds me of vanguard, but it could also be one of the fancier 303 emulators (phoscyon or abl pro) with effects and/or after heavy tweaking...
