About Galactika+Nok::
Galactika/Nok is Alexander Dorkian from Hamburg Germany.
He started working with his partner in 1999 under the name "Esterian Project".
In 2002 they went their separate ways, and Alex build his own Project NOK and
worked with Israeli Label USTA for some releases, as well as a compilation called
"USTA Sound of Germany". In 2005 he hooked up with Millennium Records and
started to build his massive Project "Galactika".
He released his Galactika album called Lemon Strike in the Year 2006 which was a
big success as well as surprise in the Trance scene.
He also continued the work of NOK with many releases on different labels such
as Compact Rec. // Chemical Crew//Millennium Rec.// Blue Tunes Rec. and more
Besides this he also worked together with Rocky for his first album.
Soon the NOK album will be completed. His style is a journey through progressive
sound from the tekki groove side up to the massive progressive.
About Midimal::
Music is one of the greatest passions in Christian Merkis life. At a very young age the raw talent of this Swiss native is quickly revealed and he goes on to study the secrets of classical music education. At around 16 years of age, Chris discovers the electronic beat and starts exploring the digital art of music. Soon he begins buying vinyl records and embarks on a mixing journey as dj. In no time he gets noticed by promoters and plays in the biggest national clubs and spectacular festivals attended by thousands of people.
His professional attitude & enthusiasm generated the understanding for the vast depths of electronic music. Early experiment with music software¢s like Cubase, finally gives him the ultimate freedom to express his complex mind thoughts into waves of sound. In This is just the beginning of his tale: In fall 2006 Christian joins Swiss label FrakaSound records and within one year of hard work in his underground studio, he completes his epic album in �Search of Water�, which stirs a tidal wave and marking his breakthrough in the global trance scene. Putting a lot of sweat and detail in every section of his composition, he unleashes a selection of steady building up progressive full-on music paired with cutting edge technical skills. He storms the charts with topping action and successfully installs himself amongst the most acclaimed names such as Freq and Liquid Soul. Some album tracks have been remixed by the likes of Klopfgeister, Inner State and more to come...
Midimal has an impressive chain of releases on labels like Neurobiotic, BlueTunes, Synergetic, Daam, Yellow Sunshine Explosions, Room 31, Moonloop. Besides his main project, Christian¢s most recent side projects include the slick progressive act �Next� (BlueTunes ) and the psychedelic-trance act �Lucy� ( FrakaSound). He has played in many countries, sofar in Mexico, Greece, Portugal, Germany, Italy just to name a few. Currently he is signed with SpinTwist records and is preparing his second artist album, due in spring 2008.
About Djane Zoi ::
Zoi grew up and lives in Thessaloniki. Over 10 years ago she had an undeniable love for music. She took that passion and began to collect electronica music. During her studies in Business Administration & International Marketing, she was involved in many events and Fest. arround Greece...as P.R., stage manager, promotion manager...etc. Her work and dedication led her to promote her own events...Free Frequency was founded in November 2004 with strictly progressive style....
Free Frequency(plug-in prOgress) is based in Thessaloniki/Greece.The aim of the management was to give a fresh and unique music level of entertainment..based on progressive tunes with fat bass of trance and a touch of electro sounds... Free Frequency events had and continue to have a great success...hosting some of the most famous progressive trance artists in many venues in Thessaloniki and North Greece.
Having perfected the art of rocking parties, Zoi used to mix for fun..In the beginning of 2009 she got more in to it�and now is one of the main Dj�s of Bass+Set Recordings that she and Niko S are running together.
About Nico S ::
New act borned somewhere in between audio situations ,original base Athens/Greece. Piano addiction, regular musical educations, all package is full here, from early years till now days. Mid 90s started to develop his new electronic ear, something unfamiliar until that day.
The "damage� has been made.
From that moment he became a split persona, one that fits to his daily business administration studies and the other well...You can imagine. Regular customer at city nights living, lots of activities playing ,contributing, sharing blah blah ...Next hit as an unusual mind that he were sound engineering studies. Took his knowledge steps further and the result were Under The Tree Productions. Some audio pinches came, started to take form and released 12inch and cd.
His studio is so well arranged and equipped with all those fine tools for future experimentations, collaborations etc...Been a perfectionist he claims that the audio clips should be always highly worked and the bar is constantly rising. No particular form for this guy, he blends them all as long its good tasted and above all top notch quality .Already gained massive support from many artists more close to the progressive era, but still he's not afraid to put himself to the test with new styles.
His style has a pumping structure , combined with superb sounds and effects will make everyone to dance in any place, anytime that will listen them!!! His moto is "the fresher the better" already hit the booths buttons with many well know artists, mixing as well those fine audio gems that he is responsible. So to sum up test, vote, remix, listen, share all your thoughts with Niko S, one thing for sure only good result will pop up from this... ... ..."
