half of the psy-trance producers n artist makin music comes fronm the two countries .
i am sure other places in brazil are not so dry.....................but there is surely lack of info about the rest of the place.
can some body shade some light   |

Burn in noise and spiritual enhancer are VERY nice projects from BRASILIA/DF, their style is full on morning, check it out if u havent heard it yet buddy

No way!!! We have great producers and djs here in curitiba, south of brasil... We have Spectral Skunk, killer dark sounds, Explorer (morning killah!), Oxyd(best prog in brasil!), Shwe dagon, etc.

Brazil has seen a boom in psytrance production over the passed 2 years. Some of them with good quality production and others with not so much.
IMO their are only a few projects which are known for there great quality of production and that indeed come from either SP or RJ and they are: Gabe with Wrecked Machines and Brain XL Also Lipe Forbes with Skulptor and Daniel Costa with Vibra.
For sure their are a few other projects which are getting better by the day and that do not come from either SP or RJ and they are Burn in Noise, Sequipa and Oxyd (havent heard any of his music yet but have heard good things about him)
IMO one of the reasons for some of the best psytrance producers be in either SP or RJ is due to the fact that these 2 cities are the ones that always have the first introduced to eletronic music. Also it is people from these cities who are more likely to be able to afford music equipment, and have access to music equipment.
