Synchmeter was never released, never will be as well.
Sandman has some really killer new stuff under his wings, he's planning a come back, but it might take some time.

Either at work on in his studio most of the time, I believe.
He has quite a lot of good stuff in different tastes under his wings. I can't tell you anything about new releses for now though, sorry.
