Maybe i wasn't using proper teminology. I meant i was looking for samples of psychedlic instruments. Good bass, Interesting pads ect., to be used with midi and/or sequencer. |

make them
throw any old audio into enough plugins and u can make weird and wonderful noises  the favourite ambience i ever came up with (sounded like a neural scan from a sci-fi movie) came from comb-filtering a jazz saxophone lick.
good places to start: extreme filters, comb-filters, flangers, reverbs, reversals, eqs, distortions, pitch shifts/bends, timestretchs.
