I Use Reason / Reaktor To Create Good Samples...
Does Anyone Know Another good programs????

I'm assuming you mean synth samples.. well.. there's tons of good programs.. first of all the seriously underrated Vaz Plus and Vaz Modular, IMO Vaz Modular sounds alot more analog than Reaktor, but it's modules aren't quite as flexible as Reaktor.. it only has modules you'd find on a real analog modular, which makes it quite a bit easier to use as well.. awesome sounds, also the stand alone version of SimSynth (not the crappy DXi which sounds totally different) for some awesome Oberheim/Moog sounds.. Crusher-X Live can create some sheer madness, it is a granular/vapour synthesizer, good for insane effect sounds and pads and soundscapes.. in addition if you're looking for some freeware/shareware.. AudioMulch is a nice experimental modular program, Coagula Light is a good BMP (bitmap) to WAV converter, you can make some crazy sounds with it (it's free too).. GranuLab can also make some crazy sounds, it's a granular synthesizer not as complex as Crusher-X but it is free.. you can draw waveforms by hand and process them with the usual Filter/ENV/LFO with Saw Cutter..
