hi there all! long time since i posted a question here...
im using halion and loaded some percs to it, is there a way in halion to raise the vol for one sample while reducing the vol for another sample... in simple words is there away to controll the vol to each of the samples?

10x in advance!

Sounds like you need to assign key velocity to sample volume. I'm no Halion expert (I prefer Kontakt) but if you look in the modulation matrix (I think), there may be something pre-assigned. Otherwise the amp envelope page should give you what you need.           Mastering - http://mastering.OOOD.net :: www.is.gd/mastering

Hey psy,

It's possible of course, you need to change the mode in the keyzone from "channel" to "select"- i'm not sure about the channel so check it- i'm in belgium now and don't have cubase with me to check it 4u - anyway go into the keyzone and in the upper right side of the screen you have two options: one is to select all the samples together / the channel- and the other one is to select only the specific sample- so change this from "channel" to "select" then select the sample you want to change and then goto the wave section and in the right/down side of the screen you can change the volume to the specific sample- if you will not choose the option in the keyzone then it will change the volume for all the samples in the channels- this is true for a lot more options other then volume-

i hope you understand, reply to me if you need more help

Easiest way to do it is go to the mod screen and put the velocity knob at max. Then you can just control the volume with the velocity.
