samples in reason?

yeah, i hope it's not too silly to ask, but what if i wanted to use an audio clip, say from a movie with a dude laughing and talking about experiments within any given area of the arrangement. Not sure really, looks like i could just assign a bunch of samples to the nnxt sampler and just do that, but is that the only way? |

You can also use the REDRUM for that, for xaple. |

Hello,it is no problem in reason .I made a lot of tracks with amounts of lyrics. One verse is sometimes almost a minute audio file ,I mostly had 3 verses per track.
Just use the samplers ,and redrum for short sounds,works great for scenes from movies aswell,nice intros outros or in breaks ,always cool with a good sample imo.
I really like the other sampler in reason the nn 19.
There are no other ways though.

thank you, I will try working with that. I thought they'd have a similar thing like ableton, guess not though... maybe it's better or perhaps it can allow some intersting things, perhaps a melody comprised of splashing sounds or something, hehe.
