I once heard that you can use a sample from a movie withuot "clearing" it if it's less then 4 seconds long.Is it true?BTW where can I find royalty-free vocal samples?THNX!

I didt understand that .. 4 sec , 20 sec , I realy think all must be clean and quality , ther is no time for this .. all must be dan and being good .
You can find sampels evry where (Try your sharing prog's) and try get them on wav (you can allways cut them in the middel or where ever u want to) allso .. there is alots of wav samples from movies that masterd (better and eazy work for you , but i always belive you sould clean your samples for your needs) . you can take them from dvds - its the best quality , or try the ogg files , rar files - ok 2 . If you are using Mp3 (i never use , dont like) you should clean and higher them for
your producing use . always the best and the eazy way is to buy some cds from an labs noises .

What is mater if You buy it or not or having them from the net or made them by your self ?
in the end of the creating the sound and the quality is talk ! So buy or not or just gett them from hell its seems to me a runing from your topic question and alittel an imported thing when you get in to produc . when u get them use them , but let all be sound right and clean .
