need a low cpu good sampler VST to play bounced synths.
i just need this features
- WAV support (ok, every sampler supports wav)... MP3 support would be good too but not required
- different notes play different samples
- ASDR envelope
don't forget... simple, good and low cpu
thanks in advance... Boom ! |

Halion 3 is the choice, it has a RAM save function so it will save some cpu load, and it´s easy to use. |

halion 2 is very light. halion 3 is a bit heavier but still a great choice.

thanks all... tsabeat i use cubase gotta try Vsampler too
i'm trying Halion 2 now... but i have problems.
i have everything set up (no muted channels, no muted MIDI, programs routed to channels, whatever) but i still can't play anything outside Program 3... which is bad because i wanted to use a single halion to play all the samples (yeah i talked about CPU earliers). is this a common thing? can anyone tell me what i've forgotten ?
thanks in advance again... Boom ! |

halion 2 has some problem if you dont get the 'right' version.... thats all i can say, which means - you might not be doing anything wrong.
