i got some sampler cds... but only bad stuff... anyone can say witch sampler cd i can get for make full on trance tracks? im using reason 2.0 and cubase! |

dayon dude u can use any sample u want for fullon just play whith them alittel bit (whith the filters etc) i belive the after that they will sound like u want (well its up to u....) |

the answer is simple make your own dude!!!
there are so may sample cd´s around and perhaps 5% of these have some useful sounds on them.
there is no "make your own trance in 5 minutes using these fantastic samples" package.
nothing comes easy and the learning curve is steep when it comes to sound design, but just fuckin around with different stuff should get you somewhere eventually.if you decide to rip off sounds and let´s be honest everybody does to some extent. please experiment with them
there is nothing worse than listening to a track and then hearing a sample you have on a sample cd just used as is. there are so many possibilities here and the only thing holding us back is the scope of our own imagination and technical understanding.

In FAct even when people use expensive librarys
they tend to be "copied" by others with the money to buy the same volume and use the same sample in a different music ,like an example i use the case of the fingerfest.inc-autoporno(chab rmx)
and the best selling artists DEep Dish(Deep House artists) who use exactly the same sample (AUTO PORNO vocals in different tracks wich i think disapointing to both sides,in eletronical designed sounds;samples its little bit different cause you can process them in a way to make them your own,wich to decide,personally im a fan of sampled Cds Akai format that come in 24 bits recorded and assume parameters in the sampler like sustaining loops and root key assignement but im against Human voice used cause of the fact told in this Thread ...
