Hi Dude ;
Easy way to do it...
Make a synth line in a known key, for example you trigger one note in C3.
Load the sample into a sampler.
Then find the correct tone by adjusting whatever function your sampler has to do it
( transpose/tune/etc... )for them both to sound in key.
Bare in mind that you have 12 semi-tone in one octave, now subtract or add to your root key ( C3 )and that´s it.
