Psytrance track, fairly slow BPM with sample:
"Everything's running, smoothly, smoothly"
male voice, running from about halfway through until the end. Would love to lay my hands on this but only heard it on Internet radio once.

I remember Shpongle - Room 23 has some samples about something smooth...
