samothraki is X for that kind of event you
think that you go there and everything it will be ok? i dont thing so as far the
promoters if you are from salonica and you know solid unit.....

All the mice(pontikia aka kangouria) together again.Niceeeee.Have fun.
It's a pity that on all greek festivals you have to go with mousetraps.So who really gives a shit about Samothraki or Paranesti or Serres or whatever.The feeling is the same everywhere...Fucking annoying mice runing in your feet.Sorry i won't take the cake. |

First of all good luck with the party whoeever is organising it. I'll try to be there despite the fact that only a few acts are of my taste.. But for sure i ain't carrying shit... i advice all of you fellow criminals to do the same ...
Now i have to say what i dont like about this..
A multi-cultural thing ?? it's all full on with few minimal and few "killer" style acts.. the organisers trying to promote it as a electronic event using those "digital art" "live electronics" and phrases like that... guys you make it sound like it is sonar festival with all their weird noise/art composers.. i never seen an explanation of an act that takes half a sentence and says nothing about the style apart from whether he uses drums or a guitar.. it is a psy trance main stage with a regea dub chillout stage, what is so different about it from all the other festivals that have happened in our country ??? the diving and mountain climbing ??? give me a break...
I don't want to dis the party, i just don't like this way of promotion (lagous me petraxilia)...
I hope that no cops get there but dont think just because u say is not a trance party you will fool them into not coming.. the beats will be heard till alexandroupoli and they will have 3 days to get there from thessaloniki even if they just realize it when the music starts.. also the cops can tell who is a psyhead just as easily as u and i. not so many other people going around with dreads, tatoos, fluo clothing , etc...

where are u living my friend ?? because if u were living in greece you'd know that people are busted for drugs every day (yeah those weed smoking criminals, and those monsters that sell it to them), parties that in athens used to happen every week now happen once a month and the crowds are on top of each other in small clubs trying to cause as less fuss as possible so that the cops dont realize what's going on...

shit,
when i first saw the topic I posted that I was very concerned about this one and I said that both the organisers and the fans should be very careful.
But god,
so MUCH negativity even 3 months before the event...Atlanticarc you have made it clear that you are against this event, no need to post about it every day, you know, people will start to think that some guys from a certain city lost the marmita (greek word) this year...it was all so wonderfull for them the last 3 years, they made so much money and so many people got busted but they didnt care cos atlanticarc was not there to cry every day....
Detox said that there have been many meetings in Athens through the year about samothraki....Well I can assure you there have been twice as many in the last 2 weeks when they found out that the festival in Samothraki is INDEED happening by SOMEONE ELSE....what a panick for them , huh?
To finish once and for all about this festival...I understand people being concerned, if you dont like it just dont go, no need to try to persuade others not to attend,
