Hi Surrunder,
Sally Dollay is from the UK, currently i think she is living in Germany...
She use to work with U.S.T.A. and Dragonfly Records but right now i don't know what's going on with her.

also she is a great dj, I heard her play once in Bulgaria in the club "Black Box". Great mixing skills and perfect flow went from the grooviest progressive all the way to psy.
I really had a nice time then.
Hope to hear her play again
