the greatest satisfaction i have in reflecting on bekas life is the knowledge that her life was about sharing what she loved, and that she touced so many people in so many places around the world.

so lets give thanks for the gift of bekas love and life and her spiritually evolved selflessness.

I saw Beka at the end of the UK summer - when she came to stay with me in Brighton for a week.
I will miss her greatly.
My deepest sympathy for her family especially Jasper and his dad, and Om Shanti, you have described very fittingly what Beka was about. As a fellow surfer I appreciate what your words.
She helped me out greatly with music and advice, and was just so much fun to be with.. totally selfless.
I know we can all learn more about ourselves when we think of her.
Lots of love Beks

Just heard the news... very sad indeed.
Saw Beka at earthcore just before, its hard to realise someone so sweet and beautiful can be taken away so quickly. Just makes you realise you need to cherish everyday you have.
My deepest condolences to her family, the whole ozzie crew, the guys at turbo trance, and everyone else who was touched by her life.
We'll miss you

I have a picture of Beka and her son, although i'd never met her in person, I felt a connection as a woman and a mother. I looked at this picture and realised that she is still with the ones she loves, so this poem is for her son, my heart goes out to him.

Do not stand at my grave and weep.
I am not there.
I do not sleep

I am a thousand winds that swiftly blow.
I am the diamond glint
on newly fallen snow.
I am the sunlight
on ripened grain.
I am the soft and gentle autumn rain

When you wake from sleep in the early morning hush,
I am the swift, uplifting rush
of quiet birds in circling flight.
I am the soft, starlight at night.

Do not stand at my grave and weep.
I am not there.
I do not sleep.

Had the chance to meet Beka in this past summer since I booked her to a festival in Portugal (which sadly ended up as a big fiasco) and had the chance of speaking with her and meet a bit of her.
It saddens me a lot to hear this has happened to her since she proved to be an extremely nice person always keeping her calm and always with a friendly smile in her face.

My deepest condolences for her family who will definitly miss her a lot.

A great person as been lost...Rest in peace.
