Beka Stewart passed away in Cairns hospital Thursday 22 Dec 2005...as the cause of death not yet is clear, please shows some respect for the family and hold your questions until everything is clear.
All the love and light in the world to a bright and inspiring spirit, amazing woman and mother and a fantastic performer....we love you Beka...

Unfortunately I never got the chance to properly meet her but I will miss the great smile and energy she was putting out to the dancefloor when I saw her playing over the weekend here in Cairns..

Beka, it's been a few years since I last saw you and Jasper at the Secret Squirrels party in Wales. Now I won't be seeing you again in this life time. You were one of the first people to welcome my wife to the scene all those years ago, and we will miss you and your good vibes dearly. My condoloscences to Jasper and the rest of your family. See you at the party in the sky.

Its taken me a while as well for this to really sink in, and still it is not something you want to accept being someone you personally knew....
Beka was a beautiful person and a wonderful mother. We had the pleasure of staying with her a while in Australia last summer whilst on our roadtrip in Oz. Beka even let us stay at her house in her absence after knowing her personally a couple of days rather than just online. We left part of our souls in the mountains in Bilambil and thats where we plan to return to live someday. We also got to spend some time with Jasper, and met her family, who my heart goes out to completely, as they as they were all fantastic, warm, all accepting ppl ( yes even of us hippies showing up ).
Our grooviest party experience was going to a small 40-50 person party right outside of Nimbin with her and her closest friends... all a beautiful as her inside 
Thank you Beka for being such a lovely woman, great DJ, fellow trancer chick to do business with, and for opening your heart an home to us. We will miss you this lifetime, but most definately catch up with you in the next!

Bad News To see that good person and mother to young boy just passed.
didnt know her personally
but i will say: Rest In Peace Beka..!!
and beka family be strong we all here pray that she is in a good place watching us every second.
