sounds like you guys had an awesome time out there. even though we weren't there with you's, we got bit by a lot of the same bugs and danced during a lot of the same times, and i felt something real groovy coming from the east!

man this was such a fun time. i was bummed that my work kept me from flying out thursday night so i could join you guys on the first day of the gathering. but alas, we did make it to the venue by saturday late afternoon (no thanks to the suv that flipped on the 75 and caused us a 2 hour delay)
the location was absolutely spectacular! lots of green grass and trees to hide under. and hide from the sun is what was needed, it was blistering down there!!
i thoroughly enjoyed the music all day and night saturday until we left after wichdokta on sunday. richard devine was rocking the super trippy stuff. to me, breakcore is usually just noise, but this guy actually puts creative sound design into his work. Even the bass was panning around like crazy, then sucking back into the middle subs, and blast into some warbly bubbly synths as the breaks kicked back in. It was definitely psychedelic in nature, just not the 4/4 pattern.
After him, the flow ran like water with a great energy buildup through different styles of tunes. Unfortunately i didn't make it to the chill stage that often though so I missed all the groovyness.
i was sad to leave, but very anxious to get back to cali where the humidity is practically nill Now I remember why I moved away from Massachusetts, to get away from snow and humidity.
thank you again atlpsy for having me back! it's been a few years and I am really happy to see such a team effort to make sure everything was handled. Very professional setup and Pyite's deco was stellar as always.
keep up the spirit ya'll!!
We are all family. We put the fun in disfunctional.

No velvet rope for me please... the USA parties are so special for me BECAUSE I feel like and am treated like family and a peer instead of something I'm not!

#11 was amazing.
jumping jacks, pushups, fist pump-a-thon.
CLAP!
YEEEYYUHHHH
my fave #11 moment was when he just ran up behind the video screen and started shadowboxing some hardcore pelvic thrusting. |

That was when he didn't have the hula hoop behind the screen, right? |
