So who's going to any of the Eclipse parties in South Africa?

1. Yogi-moon (www.yogi-moon.co.za)
Dates: 30 Nov - 5 Dec
Transport: busses to party from Eastgate in Jo'burg & back + into Kruger to site (inclueded in ticket)
Tickets: $200. Venue: few km from Kruger/3 stages/half olympic pool/15 bars/stalls/chill areas/restaurant/built showers & toilets/canvas tents/
Line-up: plenty?

2. MushroomMafia (www.mushroom-mafia.co.za)
Dates: 1 -7 dec
Transport:"busses from almost anywhere in SA"
Venue: full camping facilities & showers & toilets/children area/chill spots/plenty trees/clean water/trad. african shebeen style bar/fleamarket/food areas/star gazing area/dam? for swimming/ATM's
Not much more info

3. Etnicanet & Vortex (www.southafrica2000.com)
Dates: camping from 2 dec festival: 4 - dec
Venue: 50km from Kruger/
LIVE:infected msuhroom/kox box/etnica/lotus omega/tortured brain/Hallucinogen
DJ's: 32 confirmed
Tickets: seem to be under R500
A few important links on their site do not work at the moment so don't know the ticket info etc...

Line-up, price & etc I think the Etnica/Vortex is the best option. Which one are you coming to?

The only problem is that eclipse is not total in all of south africa - only the most north eastern tip see:

you get totality in angola, namibia, botswana, zimbabwe and mozambique.

that's exactly where the parties are at, Tigga. It's in the Kruger National Park area.

I think i will be at the Australian Eclipse Party in Lyndhurst, South Australia. (www.outbackeclipsefestival.com). Total Eclipse runs directly through party site in Lyndhurst.

Killer line up and it is a great start to 3 months of parties in Australia. Great place to be. For a magic experience, go there.
