Thank you for a brilliant festival experience 
Here is some feedback that comes to my mind.
- no queues almost nowhere, perfect logistics! (I hope you reached the break even though)
- very good line-up
- trash bag and portable cigarette bin should be included to the price. I am sure it would have been much easier to clean up the area if you did this.
- navigation trough the festival area was sometimes a bit demanding (especially in the dark in the first days). It would be nice that all the cross-sections or roads would have a name, code or something (and a sign like in Fusion), would make it much easier to find friends that are camping in different place than you
- there were some sections in the mud roads without hay, more hay next time if it is raining
- chillout would need a cloth in the ground like in Ozora
- showers could be improved a bit. Taps and water direction closer to the centre of the shower booth, then some shower curtain to the backside of shower for some privacy. Now people had to stand almost half away outside the shower booth which really makes difficult to walk in / out from the shower without accidentally touching other showering people
- there was no Kinley ginger drinks in SUN bars. I used to drink these all the time at Ozora and it would be nice to have them
- 0.5l canned beer should be like 2eur, now the price was 3eur, a bit too expensive for a 7 day festival
- you must get a cigarette sales point next year in SUN. It is too difficult to go to Bercel just for that
