To start a new section we need:
1. A person we know for a while from the forum and we feels shares our values and ways of thinking about the forum and will dedicate time and energy for it.
2. Enough ppl from the region as members here to keep the section alive.
I don't think we have either, so till we do- just ask in the parties section or the trance section- maybe ppl will help.
