Hi
This may be a silly question...
I used the search and couldn't find anything about this, hope this is the right place to ask...
How can i create the buzzing, grinding like saw synth sound that a lot of russian artists use, like Kindzadza, Fungus Funk, Freaking, etc?
The one that sounds like a drill inside a mownlower?
I messed around with several VSTs and filters with no luck...

No such thing as stupid questions.
Can you post an example of what you mean somewhere? You will receive much more help if you post a link to an example so those of us unfamiliar with Fungus Funk, etc know what you are talking about.
