Hi. Are there many psy CDs released only within Russia?

For example, I hear someone mention Kindzadza's track "Papaya Juice" on a compilation by D V Recs. Where can I find out about this CD, and others?

So you`re talking about DiscoValley Records compilation Nocturne aren`t you?

Great compilation that one is!

But the track there by KinDzaDza Up Stairs in one hellish track...far better than Papaya Juice.           Be well...

I wonder why here in Russia we have so many amazing artists but have no any infrastructure to support them? Only one label? Few releases? Why is it so? Who can explain it to me?
Maybe I do not know much about music production or exactly trance production but this whole situation is obscure. Little competition, no labels... Maybe its only waiting for my money to invest to make me really rich guy?

As our classic Tyutchev said: "You will never understand Russia... you can only believe in it"

And there is no trance in the whole territory of Russia, only in Moscow, and may be in St. Petersburg

Is it possible that such situation is unchangable? What we need to escape from it? If I know how to do it and what would I need to do it I will try.

To Voice of All:
I regret, but it depends not from you and from me. It depends from people listening to radio and looking TV You know? Your private opinion and local position will change NOTHING. Our music isn't interesting for these people because our music is different'n'difficult. Commercial labels and the pirates force musicians in this country to reduce quality of production and to do "sticky" sheet primitiveness. People EAT IT. And so
we haven't good electronic labels because the businessman speak to musician THAT is it NECESSARY TO DO. It's big mistake. Not correct.
We never will open in Russia labels as Ninja Cut,
Plusquam, EtnicaNet, Iboga for example.
IMPOSSIBLE.
Never mind.

Yeah, I know that our country nowaday have one foot in 80th years. Projects such 'Ruki Vverh' and alike are popular and not me neither you cannot do somthing with this. But there are still enough people who like electronic music. More than this I think that russian electronic music is only quality music. Other styles in our country are very poor. But this situation will stay the same until we wouldn't do anything.
I think there are two main problems with russian electronic scene.
1. Illegal CD-coping.
2. Nobody want to invest money in such business because they think that risks are high and profit is low.
If there are people who want to do somthing I will glad to join them. In any case would it be creation of new record label or quality promo-group or developing of existing ones.

There is no problems:
1. Who is preventing to russian musicians
create EXPORT? Nobody.
2. Nobody wants to invest money in e-scene?
Because is too long process. Businessmans is fast
guys. They make fast money from fast ideas.
It's our fast present days. Days of fast-food. Fast-
love. Fast-friendship. Fast-work 'n fast-quality.
I hate it.
Problems:
1. Who is talking about e-culture in russian mass-media? Nobody.
2. People who working on large studios look at the pirates side and recreate all standarts to MP3
technology. Wild competition.
3. Many russian musicians haven't fresh ideas because they working on primitive equipment
and very poor in computers use.
No equipment - no money. No money - no equipment. There is neverendless joke-circle from
show-buisness You know?
The complexity of this situation is obvious. And all of this very strongly breaks creative process in russian electronic enlightenment.

Everything is relative money:
The money in Russia or will steal or will spend on drink. You know.
Awfull!

p.s.
