^^ well, it isnīt the 1st time, if it actually happens..some years ago they moved from Marateca place...and if they do move, probably it will be best...my opinion of course..refresh energiers in a new place, and please, with better acessibilities

oppsss sorry i didnīt realize that was the question..and i can tell those are not new rumours..since 2004 i heard rumours it was moving to another country..
and i think i can be mistaken, but i have read something about this rumours in their website, and i think it wasnīt true..nevertheless i can be totally mistaken and made confusion with having read this..but donīt worry..by the amount of money they make every 2 years, i think it is a rentable business to make boom festival here in Portugal

sounds quite weird... for the sake of franchising they may well make a boom in brazil, but it would definitely be different as most people that come to boom do are, lets say, within a short and cheap flight, or a road trip. how many of us could afford an intercontinental flight? besides it's not the same...
anyway it of course could be a success, as the brazillian trance scene is huge.
But other festival in Europe, and surely in Portugal, will then occupy that void BOOM leaves.... and I'm sure they would do OK!
so... dont worry! we'll have trance! |

The dates of the 8th edition of Boom Festival due to occur in 2010 are revealed. August 18th to the 26th in sync with the full moon!
